A quarterly extended event including ceremonial cacao, longer and deeper breathwork, and exploring other heart centred practices.
And for this month only we have re-located to Cenu Cacao, and will be enjoying a very special Cacao ceremony, hosted by Founder of Cenu Cacao, Rosemary Ndukuba.
Followed by our monthly sharing circle and a delicious love-filled lunch.
