Why do I feel so passionate about it? 

When I experienced an early Menopause in my early 40’s I really struggled with negative psychological symptoms of the menopause including anxiety, insomnia, low confidence, and low mood. I felt very disempowered. I found myself constantly looking for solutions outside of myself.

However, it all shifted when I discovered that the symptoms, I was experiencing were common symptoms of the menopause and that I wasn’t alone in my struggles.

I started to offer myself more self- compassion and to empower myself with more knowledge. Most importantly I started to take tiny consistent lifestyle actions over time! If you would like to read more about my story please feel free to read my blog about it here.

How can I support you?

Every woman will have a different experience of the menopause. However, taking time to nurture your health and wellbeing will you to help you to navigate it so much better.

We all know deep down that making time for our own self-care is crucial, yet many people women struggle to prioritize it, frequently putting their own needs at the bottom of the to-do list.

Our lifestyle choices have a huge impact on our health and wellbeing and tiny actions can make a huge difference.

However, it is crucial that we carve out time regularly to do it! Taking healthy action is crucial if you want anything to change!

As a coach I share simple collated information about how your lifestyle choices can support you on your Menopause Journey.

However, most importantly, I create a safe space for you to get clarity on what changes you want to make (that you intuitively know), and provide the essential support and accountability to make it happen! I can support you on a 1:1 basis but I also run regular small group coaching programs which are incredibly powerful for helping you to create change.
