Did somebody say Strictly?!

I loved the summer but its also great to get back into the routine as I have some great things in the diary for Harriet’s Healthy Kitchen.

I am particularly excited about the next supper club and the timing couldn’t have been better with Strictly back on our screens as this month its all about dancing & the strictly inspired ‘Fit steps! I’m thrilled to be welcoming the brilliantly talented and entertaining Ian Parker who will give a fit steps taster session and share some of his knowledge, and no doubt some strictly gossip. I am loving the supper club and collaborating with so many like-minded people. I am passionate about promoting healthy eating but I also feel strongly that there are several elements that make up a healthy lifestyle. We can eat the healthiest diet but if we do not exercise, relax and sleep well, we are most certainly will not appreciate  optimum health.

The supper club was inspired by Dr Chatterjees 4 pillar plan and I plan to start sharing useful snippets from this book at the supper club going forward. So if dancing isn’t quite you’re thing perhaps we can help you to identify how you might otherwise fit exercise or movement into your daily routine.

Another important aspect of the supper club to me is the social aspect. Through all my collabarations I have learnt first hand the power of social connection. Working together with others with a common goal has been transformational for me. I read once that ‘Social Connection is the greatest predictor of how long we will live,’ so if ever I needed an excuse to bring people together, that’s it!

So please do come and join us. I can guarantee a joy filled evening.
