I am passionate about helping people in a very practical way to eat a healthier diet, and for years I have tried many different initiatives to do this.. but one thing I haven’t yet tried is getting people together to cook together! I am no trained chef. I just enjoy cooking & eating! I am always trying out new recipe books and new ideas but I am by no means an expert!
So I am delighted to be joined by two other professionals who are also passionate about cooking, eating and promoting health through good whole food nutrition. (And luckily for you one actually is a trained chef!)
I also believe in the power of getting people together. Together we can create an enjoyable, fun social experience supporting each other & sharing ideas.
